Arni Production Backup

A private administrative connector designed to store encrypted backup archives of the Arni education platform in a designated Google Drive account.

Not a student-facing service. This informational site does not offer student login, retrieve student information, or request access to students' or guardians' Google accounts.

What the connector does

Creates encrypted archives of the platform database and private media on the authorized hosting server.
Uses the Google Drive API via rclone to upload and verify those encrypted archives in an account authorized by the operator.
Uses the limited drive.file OAuth scope to manage files created or explicitly opened through this connector rather than request general Drive access.
Supports an operator-controlled backup schedule and retention policy once the service is configured and activated.

The backup workflow is being configured. This page does not imply that production backups or automated transfers are already active.
