Intended use

Arni Production Backup is an operator-only integration intended to transfer encrypted backup archives to an account authorized by the operator. This informational website does not provide public accounts, student services, or a consumer backup product.

Authorization

Only an authorized Arni administrator may configure or use the connector. Access to Google Drive requires explicit Google OAuth consent by the relevant account owner. The account owner may revoke that access at any time.

Operational responsibility

Backup schedules, encryption-key custody, access controls, retention policies, recovery tests, and restoration decisions are the responsibility of the authorized operator. No recovery outcome is guaranteed merely by enabling the connector; backups and restorations must be verified.

Data protection

The connector must not be used to transfer unencrypted student data to Google Drive. Handling of platform data must follow applicable policies, the privacy commitments linked here, and any required institutional approval.
